Good flick. A little bit of everything in this movie. Probably great in IMAX if you can handle it. I saw it in standard. Lot of fun.

Great movie. I am going to have to buy the super deluxe Blu Ray so I can go through frame by frame and see what all was referenced. I do though love what the main characters favorite movie was!!!!

Yall read the book? While I thought the story was written at an 8th grade level, it was a cool concept, and I enjoyed it overall. I have yet to see the movie.

I read the book and it was good. You are right, it was a simply written just fun book to read. Tried to get my stepson to read it and he didn't have
much interest. Apparently these kids don't read, not even in school. They listen to the books on tape as a class together.

Great movie.

Maybe Spielberg’s 3rd best movie of the 2000s behind Minority Report and Catch me if you can.

I liked War of the Worlds, Lincoln, and Bridge of Spies.

But this movie just hit so MANY nostalgic neurotransmitters in my brain.

Love it.

Well the books are always better.

The movie just holds a special place in my heart because it was the last movie my wife and I watched in theaters two weeks before our daughter was born.

I still think it’s great.

It’s got just enough cgi to keep my 2 1/2 year old interested.

Good luck.

Pretty cool flick, with great cgi, and the plot is pretty cool, but, alas, we had to tap out with 50 minutes remaining (it is quite a bit over 2 hours long). We will have to finish it Sunday night.

So far, pretty good, though.

this was my review of it:

https://thereviewbin.com/ready-player-one.htm

bit of a missed opportunity to me, but i hate ernest cline anyway. he's a hack.

"AI" was the best movie spielberg made in the 21st century. it's the most misunderstood movie he's ever done. people hate it and didn't even get it.

I’ve never seen AI all the way through.

Might have to recheck it out.

AI is a masterpiece. Could do without the last five minutes.
