Almost 90% of A&E programming is "Wars" shows now. It's kind of just a reality true crime channel anyway, what with "The First 48", "60 Days In", and this new interrogation show that started this year. And of course, there's still "Court Cam".

But there are a slew of trashy, but very addictive, shows featuring the word "Wars":

Customer Wars
Road Wars
Neighborhood Wars

and this season, there was Christmas Wars.

It's just a collection of viral videos, amusingly narrated by a guy that I believe has also become the voiceover point person for the station.

I think my favorite of them is "Road Wars" because road rage and intense highway chases are fun to watch.

Much of it is schadenfreude, but after watching a few of these in a row you really start to loathe humanity.

anybody else watch these programs?

I've seen the Neighborhood Wars one playing on a TV at the gym a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure what it was at first, and it wasn't on the TV directly in front of me. Have to admit that I kept trying to catch glimpses of neighbors getting in fights and breaking/ruining each others things often enough that almost falling off the treadmill was a real hazard.

It's surprisingly watchable. "Neighborhood Wars" gets pretty nuts. The last one I watched had someone set a home on fire (may have been a duplex) over a relationship fight.

lol Sheriff John Bunnell

i always thought it was hilarious how they had him seemingly walking in, out and around "active" traffic stops or crime scenes.

There are channels that since I cancelled Directv aren't next to others in the regular rotation and I don't really watch. A&E is one of them. Unless I'm really bored.
