Binged the first season yesterday. Really enjoyed it. Captured the ridiculous violence, tone and humor of the games. World building aesthetic was impressive too.

Spoilers ahead!!!

Pretty incredible adaptation to the game. Along with the violence, humor, music, and scenery, the idea of choices in the game really carried over to the show. In Fallout 4 for example, you have to choose between factions that each have their own moral dilemmas. The show presented similar dilemmas with Vault-Tec, the vault governments, and the Brotherhood of Steel. The Ghoul as the Sole Survivor also was a great twist from the game. The only thing I didn't like was Maximus' character and how the Brotherhood was portrayed. In the game, they felt more regimented and army-like. The show didn't really capture that. Outside of that issue, I can't wait for the second season.

yeah thats a good call on the Moral decision side to quests and how they incorporate it into the plot. there were times where I could see a character making the opposite choice and would completely see and understand why.

I think it was in Episode 2, the Ghoul made what I hope was an intended sly reference to actually playing the Fallout games, something like: "The Wasteland has a golden rule: thou shalt get side-tracked by bullshit all the time."

Fallout 4 got some updates and new side quests.

And it also crashes even more than it did before.

i picked up my Fallout 4 save recently too. I seem to have barely scratched the surface playing when it first came out, but i remember playing it for hours on end.
