If you haven't seen this movie yet, rent it, buy it, download it. It's a classic.

I love the Ferrell/O Reilly chemistry and they have some laugh out loud bust a gut moments in this movie.

It probably makes my five favorite comedies of all time - Super Troopers, Super Bad, Zach and Miri, Gramma's Boy and Step Brothers - yep, not a bad five pack of comedies, not bad at all...

Man, I absolutely laughed my ass off while watchin' that movie. It's in the same company as Anchorman, 40 Year Old Virgin and the like. I definitely second your recommendation

Your list is heavily skewed towards recent releases. Where is your Airplane or Caddyshack?

If I were to go in the way back machine, I would have to say that The Bird Cage, Animal House, Beverly Hills Cop and Caddyshack would have to be there, although the only one that was laugh out loud funny on that list was The Bird Cage.

I think comedies these days are much funnier for me - maybe it's the modern humor - but I'll take a Super Bad over Airplane any time.

Anything from the Broken Lizard bunch is usually hilarious - Beerfest, Club Dredd, etc.

I was very ill a couple of weeks ago, and popped for this, also popping my Redbox cherry with the $1 rental.

AWESOME!

I loved it - funny on so many levels.

I saw Richard Jenkins (the dad) in THE VISITOR a couple of weeks later. Very interesting 'human study' movie. The movie didn't really take you anyplace, but it was an interesting journey, and made me want to hit some bongo drums.
