Shocking! Another shit Will Farrell movie...and as a bonus you get to see previews of Adam Sandler in a serious role.

Is Will Farrell's 15 minutes up yet? The guy has to be getting close to the B-list, doesn't he?

I think Ferrell has had more than 15 minutes, but I would say that his shtick is definitely starting to get old to many people. Much like what happened to Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey, I think Ferrell needs to step away from playing the dopey man in his movies and maybe take on some more serious roles for a little while. Wait a few years, and then people will be dying for Talladega Nights 2, or some garbage like that.

It does look really bad. That said, I'm almost embarrassed to say that I watched that basketball movie he made recently (it was free and I figured if it sucked I could shut it off) and actually enjoyed it.

Will Ferrell has made a number of questionable movies in recent years, and I've read less than flattering reviews about "Land of the Lost". I believe is the second such movie he's done based on a classic TV series. About 2 years ago, he & Nicole Kidman starred in the big screen version of the '60s classic series "Bewitched", which also didn't get good reviews.

On the flip side, I LOVED Step Brothers. I also liked Talladega Nights a lot more than most just because of the number of funny quotables in it.

"I'm all hyped up on Mountain Dew chip and I'll go spider monkey on your ass" - classic

"If we wanted to raise two losers (paraphrased) we would have named our kids 'Dr. Quinn' and 'Medicine Woman'".

Step Brothers has even more funny lines.

But then again, I'm a goof so take it for what it's worth.

It was terrible. Had a funny moment or two, but not enough to redeem the rest of the crap.

I think Will needs to pass the baton off to Seth Rogan. That guy, in my opinion has become the next top movie comedian. His character roles are hilarious.

I don't like this new direction he's taking; too Eddy Murphy-ey. When I first saw that he was going to be in "Land of the Lost," I knew right away nothing good could come of it.

WZ nailed it.

I took my youngest son to see Land of the Lost, and I went in with ZERO expectations - I thought it was going to suck, and the effects were going to be campy awful - like the original TV series. There were some scenes thrown into the mix to clearly stretch the movie out that magical 90 minute time. One scene inparticular they all drink the juice out of some plant and it appears to be peyote, and it's stupid beyond belief. I'm sure the actors probably got gooped up on something and thought it was hysterical, but it was plain ole dumb.

Matt Lauer was awesome, the babe had a nice rack, Danny McBride is locked in as Kenny Powers for me forever, Will Ferrell at times sounded like George W. Bush trying to be a scientist, and Chaka stole plenty of the scenes.
