Way back to diapers, maybe. You don't remember watching them in real time, just reruns and we all know parts are cut out of reruns.

I watched the originals. I can remember sitting on the green carpet in our family room apartment on a really old tv. It was on just before Dallas. My first crush was Bo Duke. My mom used to use "you can't watch the Dukes of Hazzard on Friday if you miss behave."

The sexual innuendos and daisy duke stuff went right over my head. It's pretty obvious now.

I had that lunch box too. A few years ago my dad bought one from an antique store but it was the other duke cousins one. I didn't tell him but really appreciated the thought. Very happy time sitting there with him watching that show. Still have the car and boss hogg action figure.

I used to watch "The Dukes of Hazzard" growing up. I'm old enough to remember the classic theme performed by Waylon Jennings, who also doubled as the Narrator in every episode, along with the Dodge Charger that was used as the General Lee, Catherine Bach sporting the very short jean shorts, etc. In fact, the "Dukes" started CBS' Friday night lineup back in the day along with "Dallas" & "Falcon Crest" in the early '80s. Also, I remember the contract dispute that stars John Schneider & Tom Wopat had with the network & Warner Bros. Television circa 1982. It seemed as if the guys who played "Bo & Luke Duke" wanted more money, and producers decided to cast two no-name actors as their "cousins". Thankfully, they didn't last long, but Schneider & Wopat returned, but "The Dukes" seemed to lose their mojo with viewers and returned too late to stop the show from being cancelled, circa 1983 or so...

Hawg Ass, it was on CMT, DIRECTV 327, over the weekend...I'm not sure it'll be rerun anytime soon. They've got so much more than just country music videos these days...

That must be Eastern time, Spaulding, which usually means 5 & 10p weeknights Central time...

No I made the adjustment and just checked the DTV menu. It's 6 & 11 our time.

Now if some station would finally pick up re-runs of Macgyver my viewing week could be complete.

Check your local listings on this one as well, UMN. The NBC Universal-owned channel known as Sleuth, which is DIRECTV 308, was recently airing reruns of Richard Dean Anderson's action series from the late '80s.

I don't get this fine channel, but I wish I did. They also have been known to show Simon and Simon.

I wish I could help you with that one. Reruns of that Stephen J. Cannell series from the mid '80s used to air on USA Network, but not anymore. That series hasn't been available ANYWHERE for years. Unfortunately, there are certain shows that aren't available to be rerun, and I think "Riptide" is one of them.

Which exhibit is this, Fraid Ajent?
