Great show last year and it has lost nothing going into the new season. Entirely new show unconnected to season 1 other than vacationing at the white lotus hotel group (Sicily this year) and uncle Rico/his wife recurring their supporting roles

Laughing aside. We've been enjoying the show immensely in my house.

Season 2 has been good. I was disappointed that Jennifer Coolidge's character is part of Season 2, though. I know her character is supposed to be irritating, but she's so incredibly irritating and unattractive it's difficult to enjoy the parts of the show she's in.

I know what you mean, but I get sick pleasure from her suffering. Plus her assistant is a nice addition to the series.

Agreed; she makes you wish for bad things to happen to her. Portia has been a good character.

I assume the gay men who have taken an interest in her are planning to relieve her of as much of her money as they can, but it seems like that is the road they are going down which means it probably won't happen.

When Tanya and Greg were posing on the Vespa and Tanya asked Valentina who she looked like, Valentina saying "Peppa Pig" was a great line.

There is more graphic gay male sex in this show over the past two season than probably any other since Oz. The writer is going to get hit for a #metoo at some point, if that even exists any more.

Coolidge's character just got wise to them at the end of episode 5, so her money won't be taken. She's the one recurring character so maybe she will be in every season.

I think they key to the writing is to hate everyone, so that they are all possible murder victims or perps. I'm only through episode 5 and there is no one who is exempt from the killing and only Daphne is exempt from being the deceased.

There's gender conflict in almost every one of the sub stories. I have to think that the killings that take place are going to be between the genders. I also think one of the DiGrasso men is going to end up killing a woman for some reason. They're all obsessed with women and their relationships with them.

I think the overarching theme is trust, or better, fidelity, and not always within romantic relationships.

I think the one who gets it will be the little englishman.

Question for the knowledgeable drug guys here, can an obese 60 year old woman snort large amounts of cocaine in one night without having a heart attack?

Also, and I know this means nothing, but the Budweiser product placement in episode 6 annoyed me. There is a near zero chance you are getting a loose Bud in Sicily, if you are drinking beer at all in the first place. I'd venture a guess that an englishman has never ordered a to go budweiser to drink by the ocean on the island of sicily in the entire history of the island.

The photo Tanya looked at was of Quentin (small gay guy) and her husband (Uncle Rico) from years ago. Her husband is the “cowboy” that Quentin refers to that he’d do anything for. With husband back in the states, Quentin is supposed to kill Tanya making them both rich. The young Brit had to get Portia out of the way, that’s why he got so drunk. Also explains why the husband was so angry that Portia came on the trip.

But Tanya is a bit more street smart than see appears, so she may be onto them.

good call. That would be a great story if they followed your line. It's also consistent with season 1 where the apparent main story characters end up being side stories.
