After a first couple crappy episodes and nearly giving up on the show its really turned around. 24 is back to can't miss intense TV. If they'd just kill off Jack and move Tony into his position it would be even better.

What gave you the impression that Jack Bauer could die?

He did die in one season. Then they brought him back to life with a Adreniline Shot.

I need to see more of the FBI agent's boobies to make this a truly rewarding season.

Im thinking Tony is going to end up changing sides somewhere soon. He hasn't been around for a couple episodes now, and they will bring him back probably with some very big plot twist.

she'd need to grow some first.

so who are the moles in the FBI, I am sure it is the head guy and also either Jeanine Garafolo (sp?) or the Andy Garcia wannabe.

one of the moles is the tech dude whose wife was on one of the planes earlier in the season.

I think she has ample resources in this area...

Is Jack going to hook up with her on an upcoming episode? She looks like she's going to break down, start slapping Jack, and who knows where that may lead.

I hope they don't make Tony a bad guy. I really want him to take over the show.

Yes. Well....according to every movie I've seen on Cinemax.

This season is reminding me why I picked this screen-name. I think this could shape up to be maybe the best season yet.

You know what's interesting about this show? If you're like me, for a lot of TV shows and movies, you tend to root for the bad guys. They're cooler and it's more fun when they're getting the upper hand. But for some reason, it's not like that on 24. I actually hate the bad guys and I want the good guys to kick their ass. I don't know why. But somehow, the suspense on this show really works and I really want the bad guys to be done away with. Interesting.

Do you think President Obama watches this show? Do you think he's a bit more concerned today about who might be popping into the White House at any moment? Seriously, do you think he asks Secret Service, "hey, that couldn't really happen... could it???"

I know the last season before the strike was pretty much panned by fans and critics alike. I also thought the season before that sucked too. Too soap opera-y with the drama involving President Logan and his wife. However, this season, so far, is easily a top 3 for the series, and based on how kick ass it's been, could become THE best season of the show.

The way they've introduced and then concluded storylines this year has been phenomenal. Just when you ask, "Where is the story going now?", BOOM, they introduce something new and just as compelling as what was just wrapped up.

I loved the way the president's daughter went after Ethan after he reluctantly offered her that position. She was right. I still have doubts about Ethan, but why would Ethan allow Jack to interrogate that dude in the hospital room if he was dirty?

This show is what I think old time radio was like. Each hour is a self-contained roller coaster, and when it's on, it's the best show on TV. This year? It's on, baby!

Yeah, this season has been excellent. It's been so long since I've seen the first few seasons that it's hard to place where this one fits. I don't think it's as good as the first year.

But, it's easily the best since the year that Michelle was trapped in that building and killing people that were trying to leave and probably better than that one. I just hope they finish strong.

Agent Pierce is the man. I hope his role in this season continues. He's always been one of my favorite supporting characters on the show.

Please...call him "Aaron."

I thought "Aaron" might get a lil' presidential daughter poonage, what with taking a bullet for her and all.

I think I would risk being exposed to that virus, as long as Michelle and her gun were there to take care of me.

I enjoyed last night's episode, especially the double cross pulled on Tony. However, I have one issue with last night's hour. I'll preface it by saying that I do suspend disbelief when I watch 24, but I found myself not being able to do so during a particular part yesterday.

Why weren't all of the troops/FBI who descended upon the chemical weapons warehouse wearing gas masks? I know it turned out to be empty because of the double cross, but they went there expecting to find them, so why weren't they wearing masks?

Nice twist with Jack, too. You thought he was free and clear, but it turns out he IS infected. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out. I've maintained since Day 3 or 4 that each season of 24 should stand on its own so that Jack could be killed off but be brought back the next season. My reason is that we know he's going to get out of whatever tricky predicament he's in, so why not add a little mystery each year with the chance he won't survive something catastrophic? I'm not saying that he rises from the dead or anything supernatural. Just make it so that whatever happens in one season has no bearing on another purely for the surprising twist angle.

I would like to see Tony Almeda get his shot as the lead character on this show. He has always been a personal favorite of mine and this season has even shown greater depth to his character.

I have been thoroughly impressed with this season. Maybe it's because it has been 2 years since I last watched 24 but I think this might be the best season yet. Every hour has been riveting. The last few seasons there were some bad storylines that would have a few boring hours where things were just filler and you could tell.

But, this has been nonstop action, you don't know what is going to happen next. With the end of Galactica, 24 is back at the top of my favorite shows list.

This season has been awesome. They've done a lot of things they haven't done before. Getting out of the CTU setting has been a tremendous help in keeping this season interesting. I like how Hodges defended what he was doing this past episode. He said basically everything that he did for the past 30 years was the Jack Bauer way of getting things done for the government, but because people are snooping around now he wants to go on the attack where Jack remains loyal. I'd like to see these two in the same room at some point this season.

HOLY CRAP! I say that not because I was shocked by the last couple of minutes. I say that because the first half was so freaking suspenseful. Given the show's history of surprises, I didn't know if Tony was going to live or die while trying to destroy those missiles. Good stuff.

As for the revelation involving Tony at the end, I kinda felt he would do something when Larry Moss said to take the handcuffs off him. I had no idea it would involve the untimely demise of Moss, but still, I thought maybe Tony had some unfinished business to tend to. Still not sure what to think. Is he really one of the bad guys, or is there another twist forthcoming? Is Tony working for Hodges or on his own?

Whatever happens, I'm just glad the show has been so kick ass this season. What do you guys think about the Tony storyline?

The final look on Tony's face looked like he was angry about what he just did.
If Moss being killed was because of a "bigger evil" that is out there & Tony can't blow his cover, then that's bull. Next week show's Tony shooting himself to look like a victim. How about saying the guy missed me? I love it when people shoot themselves on shows. But,where ever they are going with this story,it is good TV. I especially enjoy staring at the rack of the redheaded FBI babe.
