When I used to browse the usenets, the 24 group had a guy who wrote recaps of all the episodes...except he took some liberties...many jokes about the guy feed Jack box after box of General Tso's to try to get him to talk and I could never look at that guy without the words "MEESTA BAUER" going through my head...

We knew it wasn't a complete ending anyway with movies pending, so the reasonable expectation scale probably needs to be lowered a bit ... still not a home-run ending - got too hokey and convenient, even for TV.

Sorry DT...I just really needed an excuse to post that...

This ending works for me...we knew there would be a movie, so getting a completely satisfying conclusion was impossible...

...that being said, I still want to know what ever became of that organization that was behind the conspiracy last year...I really thought that was going to be a thing for this show...

It's a shame they are making a movie. They could have ended the whole thing when Chloe confronted Jack. Could have had Chloe forced to kill Jack or had Jack kill himself, which it looked llike he was about ready to do.
