Siracha is a perfect compliment to some foods but it is no way as universal as a good Louisiana hot sauce

The hype around sriracha circa 2012-2013 was a little smothering, but it's a good versatile hot sauce. I like adding it to barbecue sauce on chicken thighs.

I'm a big fan of Pollo Tropical's curry mustard. I think it's just honey mustard with curry powder mixed in but I love it.

you really shouldn't put ketchup on a burger. The flavors of ketchup and red meat muddle each other. In reality, mustard accents the flavor of burgers a lot better.

ketchup on eggs over hard is fantastic.

Not a big fan of hot sauce...just never got into it and even mildly spicy stuff does my stomach in now.

You can't pick one because there isn't on so versatile that you can use in every situation.

Cheese sauce
Ketchup
Mayo
Sour Cream
Hot sauce I like Cholula

Sometimes ranch/blue cheese dressing is needed and that would go in Mayo's place.

love going to a diner for breakfast and mixing the eggs and hashbrowns together and then making an O shape of ketchup, putting hot sauce in the center of the O and mixing those together as a condiment.

I really like doing the same thing with steak sauce instead of hot sauce and using it for fries

Ketchup is fine on eggs, might be the only thing I use it on but given the choice I'd go salsa any day of the week. Especially if you have chorizo.

Ketchup on eggs is fine if you are seven, or a Dance Gavin Dance fan.

I like a little bit of ketchup on burgers. Are grilled onions a condiment?

I didn't know that's an Alabama thing. I forgot to add ketchup also works on hash browns / fries, used in meatloaf and might even be good with steak if I'm going to be adventurous this weekend.

Thumbs up on all of this. When I get a fast food spicy chicken sandwich, the first thing I do is unwrap it, grab a napkin and swipe off all the mayo. A waste of calories that don't even taste very good. However, you need some to moisten up the bun -- if you order without it is a mess and you have lettuce all over your pants.
