While it’s a cool scene, Boba’s the guy who got punked by blind Han Solo and didn’t look that impressive in the Clone Wars cartoons either. Seems a bit much for a guy whose popularity basically comes down to Vader saying “no disintegrations” to him. I like the idea of the Space Oceans 11 heist they seem to be putting together.

Yeah he seemed pretty OP.

He is one of the more popular characters in all of Star Wars, so I’m good with it.

I think we’ll see a more even playing field when the Mandos finally engage the dark troopers.

Seems that way.

There was initially a Boba Fett movie in development with James Mangold attached to direct.

That was scrapped.

Now there are heavy rumors about a Boba Fett Disney+ show in development.

I think with that Rosario Dawson movie news there is a great chance Disney is handing over the future of Star Wars to Dave Filoni (& all the characters he’s helped to create the last 20 years) and Jon Favreau for the time being.

I never gave Boba Fett a second of thought during or after the initial Trlogy.

Now they made a whole clone army out of him and are ret-conning him into being this super-hero, better-than-a-Jedi character, when he is not even supposed to be anything close to a match for a Jedi.

I love the show, though, so, to me, Mando is the best thing since Luke Skywalker.

Boba Fett just looked cool in the early 80s and was agreeably a wasted character. I think whatever excitement you guys are seeing is a hopeful realization of how "cool" he can actually be.

Another really good episode. I thought that maybe the gunfight went a bit long. I know stormtroopers are notoriously bad shots but this battle just seemed to go on a few minutes too long. In the end it works because the payoff is great.

Another very enjoyable episode. I agree that Burr is very good playing that character and I suspect he will continue to pop up from time to time. Sad that we are at the finale yet again. I think I read somewhere that season 3 won't be back until around Xmas time 2021.
