had to look it up but would have never guessed the answer. was it a double jeopardy question or final? that was a hard one.

Didn't notice much about him last night other than a slight lisp.

I don't understand why people like this new guy, Mike Richards.

https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/jeo ... 40850.html

I thought he was dull. He didn't really have any personality and did not vary his responses to the contestant's answers. Meh, fake news.

As brilliant as Ken Jennings is, he struggled occasionally with a delay verifying if the contestants were right or wrong. He appeared to get a little lost on his master guide. Didn't take anything away from the quality. Very personable. But this executive producer is great too. Glib, smooth as silk. Seems to enjoy the experience. I figured he was no stranger to hosting (how relaxed he was) according to his bio.

Aaron Rodgers in April will be a must see.

I record these on the DVR and my wife and I try to play an episode or two in the evening if it works out. We are about 20 behind the current ones. Jennings has been ok, he definitely seems to run the game more quickly than Alex. I keep a tally
when we play, one point for correct answers, two for a daily double and 5 points for a final Jeopardy question. We don't mark off for missed guesses. We just hit our record last week of 40 points. It's actually kind of fun.

Interesting baseball trivia a contestant talked about to Mike Richards.

Who played centerfield for the Yankees when the pine tar game resumed?

She was bad last night in my opinion. Even with the related good cause due to her husband. It was like she was a teacher speaking to k-3 classes.

I agree. She sounded like the words went from the screen to her mouth without passing through her brain. It was an uncharacteristically wooden performance for someone who presumably made her name by being a warm and empathetic interviewer on Today.

I haven't seen KC's spot yet but Ken Jennings was pretty stiff his 1st couple of episodes as host.

2 contestants with Chicago area ties Monday. Really impressed with Katie Curic's rack.

Category-- Squad. A Cleveland Brown's owner put players on his cab companies payroll.

I think it would be funny to see Will Ferrell do a couple episodes as his Trebek character, although there is no way they would be able to get through enough questions in 30 minutes.

Katie Couric not bad at all. Just different hearing a woman's voice reading the questions.

Katie C was rooting for the female contestant Monday. More enthusiasm in her voice when the woman contestant answered correctly.

Just tuned in , Dr Oz hosting. He's been fine but sort of feel like a doctor talking to his patients.

They've got another propaganda article pushing Richards as Jeopardy host, this time ranking all the guest hosts so far.

https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/bes ... 43657.html

As John McEnroe once said, "You cannot be serious." I think Ken Jennings did the best job but I don't believe he wants the hosting job, when he can make more money as the GOAT contestant and spend less time there. Katie Couric impressed me. You can tell that she's a television professional by the ease with which she reads off the questions. She has a good personality with a calming, maybe even, seductive voice. Dr. Oz is OK. He's very passionate about it. I don't hold anything in his past against him. But the worst is Mike Richards. I'm sorry, he's out of his league here as Jeopardy host. Too big of shoes to fill.

1. Ken Jennings
2. Katie Couric
3. Dr. Oz
4. Mike Richards

Pretty contestant Susan is quite animated with her sighing, and hair flipping. Smart & lovely.

She's one of the smartest women I've ever seen on the show. She mopped the floor with the other two contestants and got a difficult final jeopardy question right.

Susan looks like Anne Hatheway. If you put her against Ken Jennings, she would give him a run for his money. Her geography knowledge was insanely good.

My Lord Susan does know her geography. Aaron Rodgers (20-5 vs Bears) after this next Dr Oz week.
