A few of my favorites:

Frasier: A Miracle on Third or Fourth Street

Frasier is looking forward to a first visit from his son for Christmas but the visit is canceled. Frasier and his dad get in an argument about Christmas decorations and he decides to spend Christmas Day at the station doing his show (while wearing jeans and a ratty old sweatshirt). After spending all day listening to the city's loneliest and most depressed people he goes to a diner for Christmas dinner and witness an unexpected display Christmas of spirit from the regulars who think he's homeless.

WKRP in Cincinnati: Jennifer's Home for Christmas

Christmas is coming and everyone at the station is anxious to leave and start their holiday plans...except for Jennifer, who doesn't seem to have any plans and is irritated that the rest of the staff isn't interested in the station Christmas party.

WKRP in Cincinnati: Bah, Humbug

Mr Carlson eats one of Johnny's special brownies, falls asleep in his office, and has a Christmas Carol-inspired dream about being Scrooge and not giving the staff a Christmas bonus.

Nope the South Park Red Sleigh Down one. Hands down not only funny as all hell put manages to teach the true meaning of Christmas as well. Add to it it has Jesus killing Iraqis.

The Office had some very funny Christmas episodes.

this was a great episode. ditto on the "South Park" nods (including their first ever "episode", the Christmas card), and "the Office".

I usually try to watch "The Wonder Years" Christmas episodes..."Christmas", "Christmas Party", and "Let Nothing You Dismay".

Also, "Marge Be Not Proud" is a great Christmas "Simpsons" episode.

My daughter is friends with identical twins,
whenever they are over my wife or I pretend to mark their arm so we can tell them apart.

I know it's Thanksgiving themed, but the Cheers episode when the gang went to Carla's for dinner is great.

Dick Van Dyke - "Alan Brady Presents" (We all are fine musicians...)
Andy Griffith - "Christmas Story" (Old Ben is a Christmas curmudgeon...and his store sells spirits!)
Twilight Zone - "Night of the Meek" (Art Carney is the original drunk dirty Santa - take that Dan Akroyd)

"Ebenezer Sanford" - Tightfisted Fred gets a ghostly wake-up call in this spoof of "A Christmas Carol."

Aunt Esther Anderson: I have the feeling of Christmas!
Fred G. Sanford: And the face of Halloween!

In Excelsis Deo and Noel, both from the West Wing. Both featured Emmy winning performances (Richard Schiff for the former, Bradley Whitford for the latter).

I especially like Noel for the scenes with Whitford and Adam Arkin sparring during Josh' therapy session. Also features one of my favorite scenes from all of television.
