Here are some interesting thoughts on the film from current and former NHL films who commented on this cult classic. For those who watched Coach's Corner tonight, Grapes donned a Chiefs sweater instead of his usual window drape suit

I watched it the over night on NHL Network. They censored the movie and had commercials, but it was nice to have a hockey ticker at the bottom. I need liked the movie as much as other sports movies. I prefer Caddyshack and Happy Gilmore to it and probably a few baseball movies as well. Still entertaining to watch.

I don't hate the movie but I don't really enjoy it either. Always thought it was overrated.
