Its a Netflix series about this crazy sex cult in Oregon. Apparently, they were trying to influence local politics by poisoning the populace so they would stay home on election day. One of them heard that beavers carried a lot of bacteria, so the cult bought all these beavers and took them down to the the local water supply only to find that there was this wire mesh that prevented animals from getting in, so they killed the beavers and put them in a blender and poured the blended beavers into the town's drinking water. I give it four by crackys!

Sounds like something those old coots would make up. The story is pretty damn interesting. "bunch of weirdos'' minding their own business getting a town of 40 all a'scairt in so they try and rustle up the DEE-YAY to do somethin' about the doins a transpirin'.

Would've been a bad time had this turned Waco or Ruby Ridge.

"children of god" is a good documentary about a fucked up sex cult (the one that the phoenixes were a part of). it's on hbo.

i vaguely recall this one. actually, their attacks on civillians would have been more appropriate for the FBI to get involved. i don't think the branch dividians were going to do anything to anyone besides themselves. koresh was more interested in having sex with teenagers than he seemed hellbent on destroying the world.
