Can't wait for this film. I thought Inglorious Basterds was great, Django Unchained just ok. For me, there was too much violence, but that's the nature of Tarantino movies and a story about slavery in the South. DeCaprio deserved the oscar for best supporting actor, not the Austrian, who got his first for Basterds.

It's got an all-star cast with Kurt Russell, Samuel Jackson, Jennifer Jason-Leigh, Bruce Dern, etc. Story looks very interesting, very cut-throat. I think Ennio Morricone did the score, too, who is best known for "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly". So the music should be great as well.

Forget Star Wars. I'm sick of hearing about it.

I enjoyed Basterds but didn't like Django as much as I hoped I would. I really enjoy a good western so this gives me some hope but I won't be
first in line to see it, I'll wait to see how a few others like it first.

anachronistic storyline that is a vehicle for interesting violence. I really loved Resevior Dogs and Pulp Fiction

Most of the reviews I've read on IMDB blast the film. Too bad, as I really wanted to see it.

Guess QT has lost it. Django Unchanged wasn't much of a film, not at all likable. But Basterds was brilliant.

Django was kinda weak. QT hasn't made a great flik since Jackie Brown.

Kill Bill 1 was her good, I forgot about that..haven't seen inglorious Bastard..I've heard its good but I can't watch it..it look like it really sucks.

Saw it today. Better way to spend my afternoon than watching the Bears.

I give it three to three-and-a-half stars. Solid acting, excellent cinematography, but the script was not as strong as it could have been for a three hour movie. Liked the ending and the music score.

Finally caught this on one of the movie channels. I really enjoyed the first 80% of it. Kind of thought it fell off the rails near
the end, but was still more enjoyable than most films I have seen lately. Thought the ending was pretty unsatisfying.

I hated watching this movie in the theater but loved it the next day. I liked it. I like Django though too. I thought the cinematography was great in the open. The tension was awesome throughout. The ending wasn't fantastic but it wasn't bad either. It was a film for sure and I appreciate that.

I caught the mediocre 11 yesterday I decided to watch Hateful Eight now.

I was pretty disappointed in it. Felt like it had the bones of something interesting, but was mostly a miss by Tarantino's standards.

If you want to see a Kurt Russell western that's not Tombstone, look no further than Bone Tomahawk. Violent as hell and very well done.
