I love watching those videos. Here's my favorite; it's the Inebriated Rodent himself (you can't see his face, so he cool wit dis) puncturing an abscess on one of his cows.

Probably don’t want to know but on those you have to apply pressure externally too force the abscess empty and than irrigate to clean out.
