If you are just looking for a feel good movie to make you happy, this would be a good choice. It's a pretty basic premise told and retold over time in many forms. However, it works in this setting. The kid actors aren't annoying but instead seem charmingly unpolished in their work. Pretty good group of adult actors. Good movie for the whole family as you sit in your home plotting the demise of JB.

I would think you of all people would appreciate a misfit kid overcoming awkwardness and winning in the end
