Pretty good. Never heard of it but caught it last night.

Good acting.

I wanted to like it because the cast was very solid, but it was maybe just above average.

Good twist at the end.

I love Edward Norton and I'd like to have sex with Alec Baldwin.

Read the book. it's about sea urchin pirates in Maine, iirc? Or kids who think they can fly. One of those. Maybe both. Or is it the one about fucking your foxhole buddy during war. that was a strange one, 'This Shape We're In'

Sea urchin's nasty. I think he was trolling about the Japanese eating it everyday.

Outside fictional accounts the diminutive poachers more than grandiose pirates, same as anyone who takes wild game or fish off-license or out of season.

I think Ed Norton has now surpassed any other actors in being able to play diminished mental capacity characters.

No that was Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro.

He’s apparently difficult to work with from what I’ve read in a few places.

Outstanding actor tho.

He got a little old, lost some looks and his character in Birdman is very similar to his character in real life.

Thoroughly and completely average. The only thing that wasn't average about it was its length. Ed Norton had such a great run in the mid to late 90's: Primal Fear, Fight Club, American History X, Rounders. However, I can't remember the last movie he was in that I really enjoyed.

Birdman was good, but he was just in a supporting role.

Good movie. Don’t understand the angst. It’s the kind of movie I expected after watching the trailer basically
