I’ve loved this show. It’s wholesome.

Rooting for genuinely good people placed in shitty situations...I don’t see the downside.

the guy who played lasso got annoying . he was over the top all series but it just got too much for me at the end.

I find relentless optimism endearing. For me, it wears you down to the point you just kind of give in and accept a genuine ability to want to do good. It’s old school Americana - I think this country could use more of it.

Maybe not for everybody, but Jason Sudeikis is great in this role.

That preview killed any curiosity I might have been harboring about the show. Thank you.

I enjoyed season one, and will watch season 2, but I’m not sure the concept works multiple seasons.

Anybody watching S2?

I’m Schwarzenegger level Pumping Iron in anticipation.

Same. Looking forward to it.

I love Jason Sudeikis. One of the most underrated SNL players of all time.

Check out Maine Justice with Jamie Foxx or the potato chip astronaut on SNL with another horribly underrated Will Forte.

Strong start, I thought. No spoilers.

But, Roy's little speech to Rebecca was great and her reaction.

The new character will provide an interesting challenge to Ted.

Ted's story about his childhood was classic Ted.

Just saw someone who has seen 8 of the 12 episodes this season and they said it is better than Season 1.

I always thought the problem with Parks & Recreation was that it had too many jokes. Like, damn, guys, stop having so many jokes! You can't be that funny! Ted Lasso was made for me, the person who thinks Parks & Recreation had too many jokes.

I never watched P&R. I've heard that I should. Should I?

Oh god, no, never, it's a show for 29-year-old women who work in middle management.

You should not. It’s a comedy show that goes out of its way to be unfunny.

Tremendous cast though. I think they all played their incredibly unfunny roles as well as could be expected.

It's not supposed to be funny. It's supposed to be kind. Michael Schur thinks he can make the world a better place by modeling positive behavior through situational comedies. Lofty goal from the guy whose claim to fame was picking apart transcripts of Joe Morgan color commentary.

The first couple seasons of Parks and Rec are hit and miss.

The middle seasons are great.

The last couple seasons are not good.

The reoccurring town halls were always funny tho.

Of course this is all IMO.

EDIT: Also the outtakes you can find on Youtube are pretty good.

Bill Hader might be my favorite SNL guy. He breaks a lot but he's just funny.

I watch the Michael Cohen testimony SNL skit all the time. I laugh just as hard each time.

Mikey Day is underrated as well.
