Anyone have any recommendations?

Doesn’t necessarily have to be strictly X-mas based.

Just having snow on the ground meets my criteria.

Gremlins is a good one. My dad took me to see that when he wasn't suppose to. It was great. My mom found out years later. I'm not sure why she objected to it. I like trading Places but it's not an action movie.

There's a Swedish film about a snow plow driver starring Stellan Skarsgard, where he takes revenge on the drug cartel who led to his son's death. I think it was In Order of Appearance. Not Holiday related, but has los of snow, etc. for you.
