I was listening to a podcast where an African American film critic said T’Challa should have been recasted because of how much the character meant to the black community.

There’s like 50-60 years of Black Panther stories to expand on.

Sure Chadwick was great.

It was a tragedy when he died, but the Black Panther character embodies much more than whoever is the actor in the role.

What ever they are doing this phase, it sucks. I watched like 30mins of Black widow before turning that garbage off. I don't think I really care about that 10 rings movie. Eternals just looks terrible.

Black Widow was meh.

I enjoyed Shang Chi, but it wasn’t great.

Haven’t seen Eternals yet.

Loki was great.

Wandavision was uneven, but good.

FATWS was a miss, but they had to redo the story after shooting the show because the main plot was about a govt conspiracy to release a deadly virus.

What If turned out to be very entertaining.

They have recast Superman, Spiderman, Batman, etc. but that one and only stand alone Black Panther movie gives Chadwick Boseman's estate authority to comment about his wishes for the role.

I view Black Panther as I do Aquaman, which is visually appealing. I think they really dropped the ball in just killing Klaw.

It should be recast, but as a woman, and when that woman dies, it should be recast as a non cisgender person.

I thought BP was a strong film until the 3rd act final battle.

It was just too mediocre and by the book.

This is kind of opposite of how I view Aquaman.

Which was very mediocre up until that amazing under water 3rd act battle.

I thought Andy Serkis was great in all the scenes he had, and it was tough for me to accept that death.

BUT I came to accept it as the most logical way Killmonger could get into Wakanda, and earn their trust.

It was a solid plot device.
