Definitely worth the time and price of admission if you were a fan of Part One. The visuals are pretty stunning and its a great atmospheric film. It takes its time to get going but it definitely delivers if you're patient enough. The cast is great, except the two new additions of Walken and Pugh are actually kind of distracting. They don't really belong, looking lost and maybe thinking they are in a different movie or a weird Funny or Die sketch.

It also gets pretty loud, just be warned.

:D :D :D out of :D :D :D :D

We watched Part 1 over the weekend....I understand action and Science Fiction play heavily on effects and loud explosions, but the contract in volume between dialogue and sound effects was the worst I've ever experienced. It was very difficult to get through Part 1 constantly playing with the volume.

agree. I rewatched it this weekend. The movie has two sounds.....whispering and explosions. Nothing in between that.

I have not watched either movie but if you have a relatively recent surround sound system or sound bar they usually have settings to even out the sound.
