A few thoughts on tonight's premiere:

A thing about the heat. I'm not big on when my survivors are tired all the time and bitching about it. This happens in the "rainstorms" typically. It's boring. I am also tired of divas saying "I haven't been in the outdoors that much in my life, the last time I was camping was blah blah blah"--*why* did you join "Survivor" if you didn't want to be outside then join America's Next Top Model and shut up, bitch!

Sierra is this year's Sugar it seems. I like her. I like that instead of pouting like that old hag Sandy, she went back to the camp and went to work, and busted her ass at the challenge.

Sandy's another over the top annoying "I'm the crazy one!" that's getting tired. I hope she doesn't last long.

"Coach" is gonna wear on people I think...

I like the young kid, and I like the "New York Jew".

And as always, the...er..."cans" are great. Too bad two of the nicer ones had to be voted out already but there's plenty to go around this time.

I'm otherwise looking forward to this season. Looks like there are some nice personalities.

I am proud to say I have never seen an episode of this show.

Chris, if you win, do you get to fondle your nuts? You know, for old times' sake.

Yeah well, mine may hang low, but at least they're still attached.

I've never understood the whole "wife pays" thing...it comes out of your bank account too, no?

I thought the same thing too. But I do know that some married people maintain completely separate bank accounts/finances.

You want me to get you a puppy too, CoF?

No she has her money and I have mine. And we both pay into the savings on a monthly basis. Its just easier for us that way.

Coach, Sierra, and the blonde dude who got naked (can't think of his name) look to be the interesting people.

I was sad to see the nice rack go home on the first show. Send the old lady home, why mess with such a nice pair?

godDAMNIT, two weeks in a row of voting off a great set.

candace was way hotter than carolina, and smarter, and much less annoying, too.

coach sucks.

I am with ya, this sucks.

I though Candace was one of the better personalities and her nice rack didn't hurt.

Was that other girl really Eddie George's wife? If so, I bet he is enjoying the time she is gone.

I ended up w/ Spencer & Erinn in my survivor pool. So far I like my chances. I wanted Jerry & JT but they were picked before it was my turn.

Was a shame jerry fell pretty hard and his stomach problems cost him the game. He was a nice guy, and I was hoping he'd last.

Coach drives me nuts. He seems to be all talk, which doesn't surprise me at all.

I *love* Sierra...gawd.

Yeah shame about Jerry. I bet it just killed his military brethren when Jerry claimed Survivor to be tougher then military life in Afghanistan. That was weak sauce of him to say.

i don't think people are in their right state of mind when they're in that heat. he had to have immediately regretted saying that once he left...

I agree about coach, he is a prick. He is getting a ton of bad pub down here in the area where he was a soccer coach. I guess he left the team in the middle of their season and told them he would be gone a week and just never came back, and he led them to believe it was a medical related leave as I guess he had a brain tumor scare a couple years ago and the school/team thought it was that and was all scared for him only to find out he was gone playing Survivor. He was fired as coach.

OK so I'm bumping this...

a few more thoughts:

what is with all the hate on sierra? why do people not like her? she's beautiful and she's quiet. i don't get it. tyson seems to want to replace johnny fairplay as the "biggest survivor jerk" although he's doing it very well behind closed doors. and for some reason i don't hate him as much. must be his "beautiful blue eyes". he can't get enough of himself. i don't know that it's an act.

coach may go colonel kurtz on everybody's ass. if things don't go his way i see him breaking down. i like this upcoming rivalry between him and brendan.

i think steve's become my favorite. he seems the most genuine besides taj, who is someone i am pulling for as well. i like t.j. too.

hate to see joe go the way he had to. why can't the medics come a little quicker here? i'd say if anyone's injured just give them some stuff to get them through. i don't like that an injury with a medical staff around can get you booted out of the game immediately. i understand if you gotta have surgery or something that's different--but when joe first hurt his leg, why couldn't someone take a look at it before it became infected? just seems a bit unfair, especially when you consider how much they've spent on getting on the show to begin with. granted, they probably signed something that said "survivor" can't be held liable or something, but injury-related boot-offs just don't seem right to me. and there seems to be one a season now.

that is all...

I hope Tyson wins it because that guy has mad Survior funny awesome this season. He says the funniest things and he is so serious about them, but they are freaking hilarious.

I agree with you on the injuries W_Z. They need to find someway to help stop this from happening, this is how many now in the last few seasons that have had to leave for basically the same thing?

Coach drives me mad. I do not like Taj, she annoys me too.

That is what I don't get. However, I think they used to have more interaction with the participants earlier and there was a "scandal" about how the crew was giving them candy bars and talking with them and how it really wasn't survivor. I think the point is that you wouldn't have medical care if you really were trying to survive on a deserted island.

He had to go now though. It's very likely they had to drain the pus out of that leg because it was bad.

As for this season, it has been good so far. I'm really liking the dynamic that it's not the tribe with more numbers going after the tribe with less numbers after the merge. There is no more boring part of survivor than one united tribe with the numbers taking down the other tribe to one person.

T-Bone wanna come over tonight and bake 4 dozen muffins for a brunch tomorrow? Stay the night and go to the brunch with me. You'll meet women in their 30's that wear clothes that are too tight with hair cuts that are too young for them. You can listen to stories about their kids, their labor experiences, and how hard their life is but why at the same time it is way better than your own. It will be fabulous.
