First 2 episodes have been great. Great start to the season so far.

I really have enjoyed the last season and this one so far. Like how they knocked Vinny down a bit recently and are building him back up again but have grown the characters up a bit. They needed a change of pace. Something interesting needs to happen with Drama though. His whole act has been tired for me a long time now, his character needs to grow or go away.

My only problem with the show recently was that they built up all of Season 5 to the conflict between E and Vince where Vince fires him and then one Martin Scorcese call later everything is fixed within 10 minutes. I thought they should have played up the rift more. But the first two episodes of the new season were alot of fun.

I agree that they need to do something with Drama.

And more Ari Gold.

Ok, only 2 episodes left in the current season. Anyone else been watching?
This season has been ok I guess. I think it has been better than the past
couple, but still nothing exciting is happening. When is Vince going to start
working on a new movie? I hope E finally got rid of that psycho girlfriend of
his too, I didn't even find her attractive. On the other hand his new assistant
looks good. Her name is Kate Mara and her family owns the New York Giants.
Hope she sticks around for next season. I guess she is going to be in Iron Man 2
as well...

E needs to dump that crazy bitch he is with...and hookup with the new assistant. Only thing bad about Entourage...the season seems to start and end all too quickly.

This is another show that is getting worse and worse every year. Last night they said, only two more episodes left and I was shocked....has anything even happened this season??? Has Vince even left the house all season? Has he worked a single day?

This is easily one of the 5 most overrated shows on TV. A whole bunch of nothing capped off with a slice of same old same old.

Agree, E's assistant is hot, but I would go for Sloan. Looks like Turtle will go back to not getting any pussy, with Jaime leaving.

I haven't been enjoying this season either. The stalker plot line was lame. E's girlfriend while not really unattractive just freaks me out when I look at her.

She looks like she is 12.

They should have kept the Drama disfigurement story line going, having different weird makeup every week.

I have a feeling that Drama getting out of his contract is going to blow
up in his face. That is ok with me though because I like him when he
freaks out about stuff. :P

don't know what broads you've been dealing with, but if a girl asked to look at my phone/emails she'd get a swift kick in the ass to the curb.

Another pretty average episode this past Sunday. There are a lot of loose ends to
try to tie up with only one episode left. The show will be back next summer so
obviously they don't need to tie everything up in a nice little package. Vince ended
up getting some really nice tail in the pool, not sure I would have left that to go get
Drama. :|

Has Vince done ANYTHING other than fuck hot chicks this season?

I guess Adrian Gourdehead has finally found a way to get laid.

They showed a clip of this after the credits last week. It was pretty funny.

Last episode was pretty good. Matt Damon killed it being an asshole. I wonder
what he is like in real life. That clip that Beef posted didn't make the episode
but there were a number of other good ones. Once again they throw a bunch of
average episodes out there and then finish with a bang. I guess the fans of the
show will have to catch up with the guys next summer.

His stuff was the funniest thing on that show in a year or two. He was great.

It's for the kids, Vince. Kids!

I didn't think it was that good, too wink-wink for me. At the very end during the credits when he started crying I lol'ed but everything up till that seemed like I was watching an actor trying way too hard to satirize.

In terms of hollywood satire, Matt Damon's performance was as cliche and predictable as you can get.

I thought Matt Damon was fucking hilarious. Great shit at the end there.

Anyone been watching this season??

It's terrible...few laughs all season, bad dull story lines. Show has really flamed out.

I didn't see last night's episode--watched Rubicon and Mad Men instead--but I am fundamentally uninterested in all of these characters now that they have "made it." Because the characters are no longer on a quest to prove themselves--to make Vinny a star without having him sell out--the show has become much more focused on relationship issues that are insular and boring. It's like the show's writers now feel they need to detach the show from its reflection on the contradictorily attractive and repulsive aspects of Hollywood culture in favor of living within an ostensibly subjective but somehow nondescript world of personal fantasy. I think this is a mistake and would bring back characters like Josh Weinstein, Harvey the film company mogul, Billy Walsh, etc., to continue emphasizing the show's strengths. It's really the "bit players" that have made it great all along.

I saw this thread got bumped and noticed your post. I assumed the date/time stamp was 2007 or 2008, which is when I'm sure the show really flamed out. It's pretty much sucked the past couple, two-tree seasons.

And yet I continue watching.

I thought last nights episode was the best so far, with next weeks looking good. That girl Vince was with last night was nasty looking though. The trailer they showed for the show starting September 19th looked good.

I watch for Ari Gold and Johnny Drama.

Drama going to Bob Saget's house with a baseball bat was kinda funny, but fell a little short

Very short - secene could of been so much better.

I agree Ari and Drama make the show but even both of them have been boring this season too.

Maybe it's just me, but I didn't need the image of E having anal sex with Sloan.

Ari bionic-humping his wife was pretty gross, too.

It looks like they're going to bring back the Billy Walsh character. That could be entertaining.

I wish Turtle would get killed off already. Awful.

I only saw the first 15 minutes before the DVR got cut off by my wife changing
channels. I wasn't even disappointed. This show moves very slowly and the
storylines just aren't cutting it anymore. I'll continue to watch throughout this
season just because I have put enough time into it and the shows are usually
only 25 minutes long. I am starting to wish I would have gotten into Hung but
maybe that isn't that good either.

Boardwalk Empire and EastBound and Down coming soon enough.
