I'm not sure this counts in this thread. That's kind of a niche audience right there. Jam bands arent really mainstream. Most people listening to them that have never heard them dislike them alot the first time. I certainly wouldnt say everyone loves them.

I couldn't stand seinfeld for 10 yrs. I can watch it now and enjoy it. Too many people telling me how amazing something is made me stay far away from it for a while. Same thing with Pulp Fiction- still haven't decided to watch that for the first time yet.
