For those interested, the series 24 is going to be back in production and will be back on next year sometime. I was never that into the Jack Bauer saves the world again series. But I know many were.

Well, DIRECTV's Audience 239 has been airing the reruns of the original series for a couple of months now. I think when FOX pulled the plug when they did, production costs for the Kiefer Sutherland series reached a point where 20th Century FOX Television thought they couldn't afford to continue it for another season when it left the air in 2010. Should be interesting to see who joins Kiefer in the new cast when it does return.
