http://www.latinoreview.com/news/arnold ... ical-13133One of Arnold Schwarzenegger's latest projects as an actor, 'The Governator' is going full franchise-mode. Adding to the already announced comic book and television series based on the character, Schwarzenegger revealed in Cannes that the character is also getting a theatrical film and a video game. He said:
"First will come comic books, then a TV series and after that we will develop the games and then a movie."
Along with the announcement, he premiered a trailer for the cartoon series which works as an alternate history to the former Governor's life. After leaving office, instead of going on to tease several film projects, Schwarzenegger decides to become a robot-fighting superhero who dons a moniker that followed him throughout his entire political career. You can check that out below.
Working closely with Schwarzenegger on the series is the co-creator of many of Marvel's most renown characters, Stan Lee. The end of the debut trailer sets a 2012 release date for the series, but nothing is said time-wise about the film. Schwarzenegger also didn't specify whether the film follows the series in being animated or if it will be live-action.
