This is a movie set in 1986 about a father who hates hippie music and his 35 year old hippie son who has a brain tumor that has caused irreparable damage to his memory and cognitive thinking. The dad hires a music therapist to try to help his son and the story ends up being really cool. If you like alot of 60's and 70's music like Dylan, the Dead, etc then it'll be easy to enjoy this movie and understand parts of it. But the music isn't at all the focal point so if you don't like it that shouldn't prevent you from enjoying it. I highly recommend it.
