This must have been in the 1980s, and I thought it was Ameritech. Piano playing in background. Opens with a father and young son in a rowboat fishing. Cuts to a scene where both are a little older. Ends with the son moving into college and the father, grey hair, brings him a record player.

They also did one with a mother and daughter. Anyone remember these? Was it Ameritech?

I believe that was a Penn State recruiting video and it was not a father and son.
