I was interested to see this when I saw some ads for it on HBO. Based on the making of Hitchcock's
"The Birds" and "Marnie" with actress/model Tippi Hedren and focuses mainly on his obsession with
her. Overall HBO does a really good job with its movies but this one seemed to be one of the worst
I have seen come from them in a long time. Sienna Miller is good as Hedren but the guy playing
Hitchcock was pretty awful. The fact that Hitchcock was an even bigger werido than I suspected
didn't help at all. Everything just pointed to a weak movie of the week. I was glad I got to know
more about the story but felt like they could have done a lot more with what they had. I am pretty
sure no one else has seen or plans on seeing this. I will drop a photo of Ms. Hedren below for anyone
interested. I didn't know she was Melanie Griffith's mother.
