1990's Steven Seagal Movie.

Up late at night and it's on HBO, supposed to be filmed in Chicago so paid attention more than I usually might to the streets, etc.

Car chase down Pershing, when they take a turn, new camera angle and they are on a street with Palm trees and mountains in the background! Wondering what street that is?

Is this the movie with the Rustifarians? Pretty gruesome.

One of the better 90's (maybe 80's) bad action movies to watch for Chicago exteriors is Next of Kin with Patrick Swayze and Liam Neeson. The finale is a hide and seek shootout between hillfolk and mobsters in Graceland Cemetery.

That's a good one. They've got the Appalachian hilljacks in the right neighborhood. Plus, it's always great when Adam Baldwin gets his ass kicked. Almost as good as Roadhouse.

It must be the same neighborhood as the Shell station where Brian Dennehy gets gas as John Wayne Gacy.
