The new Kevin Bacon show on Fox. Watched the premier. Really intense stuff. Like it so far.

Good show. That first episode was like a 3 hour movie condensed into 48 minutes. I'm hooked.

2nd episode was really good too. This one has lots of promise, almost feels like an early James Patterson novel.

Didn't see it. I've been burned too many times by these tv network executive fucktards. I get all wrapped up in a show only to see it get cancelled and I get no closure.

I've heard mixed things. Im gonna try to give it a shot but I kinda lean towards A7X's point of view on this.

It's Silence of the Lambs meets 24.

Watched the pilot this morning. The dialogue is really amateurish but I like the rest of the elements of the show.

That is the absolute perfect description!
This is the best show I've seen on television since 24 finished its run.

James Patterson blows.

He writes a novel like every two weeks. What a loser...

I watched the first three episodes. It's an interesting show. I wish it didn't sound like a third grader wrote the dialogue.

Agreed.

The script/dialogue is too obvious and simply spells things out before the audience gets a chance to actually take it in and think about it.

It's Kevin Williamson. It's to be expected.

Jerk.

Williamson did Dawson's Creek and Scream. Silly dialogue is his thing.

I still like the show.

And I'm interested in the show Cult starting on Tuesday starring Robert Knepper from Prison Break.

I still like the show too Speeps. I just think that prevents it from ever having higher than a B or B+ ceiling.

I agree. It's just a fun show, not anything that will change the face of television.

Since I didnt start a redundant thread or anything about this.....

I just watched all 3 episodes last night. I liked it but I have had to suspend common sense while watching it.

This is the thread you were looking for Steven.

Last night's episode was kind of meh except for the Jacob-Paul-Emma stuff.

I liked it. I like the way those 3 charachters are being developed. Liked the girl who murdered 6 people (in seattle I think) on her own in the past and then kidnapped Bacon and his Sister and used the batteries to screw up the pace-maker. The hot-sauce dude who played the prison guard that ate his bandages to choke himself to death seemed a bit hard to swallow (pun fully intended) though.

The scene where Emma and Jacob welcome Paul into their arms in the shower was great.

I finally got caught up. Real strong show ,which means Fox will cancel it ala Firefly.

So far the woman playing Emma deserves an Emmy she scares the fuck out of me

Yeah, I liked when she slices Jacob's arm very casually after he was trying to get on better terms with her.
