Is it a good show for kids (who are fans of Elvis and Johnny Cash)?

Yes. If they like the music they'd really like it. It's more four guys doing really good impressions of them than it is a musical. I liked it a lot and I'm not one of those people who goes crazy for older music because of how awesome music "used to be".
