I think Thanos is the villain in Guardians of the Galaxy. Maybe also Avengers 3.

My kid loves Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow. It's some direct to DVD cartoon about the Avengers kids fighting Ultron. It's on Netflix and isnt a bad time waster...

May be landmines, regarding ownership. Character first appeared in an unreleased comic, Motion Picture Funnies Weekly (although, ashcans were made.) That's the problem with many characters & storylines: ownership is sort of muddled with "work for hire" agreements. If anything, explains the "Ultron" story which was written in the past year.
