It's difficult to cast that guy as the big, tough military guy when he doesn't look big or tough. The scene where he was BBQing on his roof had me thinking I could take that guy.
Jodie Foster was ridiculous. I have never seen her play a part so badly. It wasn't even a matter of her writing being bad, it was her interpretation of the role. Unnecessary accent and cartoonish gesturing.
The movie wasn't bad. I've seen the story told a dozen times before. This wasn't remarkably bad or good.
