at Steppenwolf (the young adults theater).

This is definitely something you should take your teenage children to see. It's a typically well produced production of a book that they will be reading at some point in their academic careers. They usually have a directed discussion of the story after the show.

How is that theater? They usually don't have something playing there that I really want to see.

It's a decent theater. It is small so you are close to the action. However, seating is lined along the length of the room so that some of the seats are behind the action. I think they play to it thought with some theater in the round.

I tried to get rush tickets on this as it was something to do on a rare free sunday. They were sold out so no rush. I had to pay full boat for waiting list tickets. They were able to accommodate us with seats together.
