Gonna give it a go. Motivate me to go to the cinema more. $10 a month you can see one movie per day. Just no 3D or IMAX. Have to be near theater when you grab ticket. Will have me now spend more on junk food.

With a decent home set-up, I just have no desire to go to the theater anymore.

We've had it since Mid-Feb and I've seen more movies at the theater in the last 2 months than I have the previous 10 years,
and I'm not even exaggerating. It's been a minor hassle a few times, but that was probably more user error than MoviePass' fault.
It's totally worth the $ as it basically pays for itself even if you only see 1 film a month.

If I ever happen to be rich (other than in the friendship of everyone here) I would build one of those very elaborate home theaters that look like historic movie houses. Until that time, I like the theater experience. I never see a show in its first couple of weeks of release so its rare I attend with a crowd.

Do you know if it includes those one night only specials like when they bring back movies for anniversaries, like Top Gun a couple years back?

Just got back from seeing Ready Player One.
I don't know how nice Ogie's home theater set up is, but this movie should definitely be seen in a cinema.
It was a lot of fun.

No.
I'm not a huge DC/Marvel fan in the first place, but Black Panther felt like it was about 5 hours long, and Michael B. Jordan's character was annoying. I'll probably see Avengers because it will be, for all intents and purposes, free, but I haven't even seen what are considered to be among the best MCU movies, the Captain America series. I like Deadpool, Ant-Man and WOnder Woman though.

In the proper MCU series. See The Capt movies and the first Iron man Movie as well as the Avengers movie. Plus I would add the Dr Strange movie,I dont like the comic but the movie was very good.
