It will be my maiden voyage with Waddle and I'm looking forward to it. I also look forward to hearing two hours of Silvy, Jurko and Harry between 2 and 4 as I commute to Ball State for the 16th ranked Cardinals' ESPN2 tilt against Northern Illinois. Anybody have anything they want me to ask or present to Waddle? Something Silvy doesn't ask or roads down which he won't travel with the former popular Bears wide out? Would love some direction kids. I like fun experiments.

Ask him if you have to be depressed to write a sad song? Do you have to be in love to write a love song? Is a song better when it really happened to you? Like "Love Thing," where did he write that and who was it about?

Or ask him if he'll go to X game with you. Silvy NEVER asks that...

Would ask Waddle to break down the pros and cons of the Bears WR's and how to utilize the pros. Since Rexy is at QB, this will mean less action to the TE's and Forte unless they are running fly patterns.

As a followup, how does the Bears offense get the most out of a QB that needs wide open lanes on short pass plays and which patterns and routes give Rexy the best chance to succeed against the formidable Titans defense.

I'll hang down and sit on myself.

Keep in mind that there's a special relationship between hand and tool, and you'll be fine.

Ask him which other degrees he's a few credits short of and be sure to mention the "pre-show fist fight."

Ask Waddle why he didn't give me the complementary head nod when he walked by me on State the other day.

Has Mac been administered a caffeine IV, or did he down a pony keg of coffee prior to today's show?

Caffeine iv or not, he had an energy and interest that I think is lacking in his own show. I don't want to start a get rid of M or J or H discussion but they should consider shaking things up or finding a way to get some life in their show.

I'd tend to disagree because when these guys are bouncing off the walls they scream at you and tend to be all over the map and everytime I hear Mac bellowing and going a mile a minute I get goofy and have to switch over to B&B to calm down.

I don't think energy makes or breaks a show MS. Spaulding , as much as the content of the show. I thought Mac was way to Happy for me this morning and I found it to be a bit over the top and very morning Zooish for me. I thought Mac was going to morph into Eddie and Jobo at one point.

Didn't hear the show. Did Waddle and Mac do a lot of "Silvy is a burrito" jokes?

A little bit before Harry told Mac to kiss his sack the show started to lose something. I used to listen to this show from 3:45 to 7 daily. I remember laughing a lot more or thinking to myself yeah that was a good point. I haven't felt that way the last few years. I don't listen as much and when I do I flip more. Don't get me wrong, it's okay but not great.

I don't know if the Mouse has too much influence on MJH, if Mac feels trapped, if they get on each other's nerves, or if they are too comfortable with each other, but today I heard a genuine lightness. It seemed like he enjoyed the show today and I haven't heard that in a long time. Maybe he was still happy about seeing that really old band over the weekend or looking forward to going to the great city of Muncie.

As far as content of the shows, MJH has scrapped almost all the non sports related stuff like the unplugged hour and the almanac. Not that those were always great, but they haven't filled that time with great sports talk either. It is more generic and simple than it used to be. Today was a good mix of both. I listened to and was entertained by the whole show today. I laugh out loud a few times and thought huh I didn't know that a few times. I can't remember the last time I did that when listening to MJH.

I used to listen to Eddie and Jobo while fixing my hair before school. If he'd a done that I'd have been looking for the Aqua Net. Nice memory for me. Thanks.

Aqua net !! Two things about Auqa Net.1. never go near an open flame and 2 , never try and run your fingers thru a chicks hair when she was wearing that stuff. I dated a chick in college who used to spray it on her muff. She was obsessed with her flying carpet and I'm not kidding when I say I caught her trimming the beaver and combing it and put hair spray on it.
