2/17: More Sarah Spain

I don't necessarily dislike her, although her raspy voice gets tiresome, but she's been getting a lot of airtime lately. It seemed like Dickerson used to get the call for fill-in duty when either Silvy or Waddle were out.

Not really a fan of Sarah Spain....she doesn't seem likable....she reminds me of female Loho, she talks a lot about "How she's a big deal", and whether she is serious or not, it just doesn't come across too well to me.

I was going to add something similar but wasn't sure if I was making more of an issue of it than it really was but I guess I'm not the only one who notices it. She doesn't mention that she went to Cornell nearly as much as Bernsie mentioned he went to Duke during his first few years at WSCR, but she does mention events and places she's gone, who she's met, etc., a little too often.

Looking at the pics BC posted and her penchant for "bawdy" talk, it's pretty clear how she makes the rounds. Not saying she does anything, but I'm sure being a flirt and a little crass every now and then doesn't discourage invites. She probably doesn't own too many turtlenecks.

I think she knows enough about sports but there is something missing.

I like his show too. He has a way about him that makes me like basketball.

Also nice to get a chance to hear Fred & Murph down the dial as well on weekends. I think most of my ESPN 1000 listening occurs on weekends, especially when The Score always seems to have either DePaul basketball or Shnore Values on when I click to them on weekends....MAJOR PTFB! Finji or Rongey's Sox show is about all I'll listen to Scorewise on weekends, unless it's football season....Doug and OB, Dammit!
