How wonder how Steve feels about leaving WSCR now. Listening to Salisbury is just brutal.

Are you sure? I was always under impression that it was a very amicable divorce so he can go on to do the big money Vegas poker gig for ESPN and his poker book deal.

Dolphin has been reading the ex-score guy posts and taking them to heart.

Rosenbloom was talking to ESPN for 3 years before he ended up there. Mitch and Weiner tried forever to pair him with Giangreco, but Mark would never sign a deal and make the commitment.

I never claim to be an insider. I wonder why it took so long for Steve to be snatched up by MVP after he chose to leave a one morning per week show at SCR.

Because he left to be a Pro Poker Writer- better gig, especially if thats why you liked

Much better than Sat Mornings with Dave Baum.

Don't mind Dave, but a show with him Once a week is great , if I am Dave Baum and living semi retirement

I thought Baum's day job was for a golf equipment company.

Still, I dunno if I'd do a one-show-a-week slot for 10 years, either. Only nice thing is that dumb gambling show gives him an hour break.
