It may be the end of May as I type this, but before you know it, ESPN will be in full football mode, with "College GameDay" likely coming to a college campus near you. One of the show's entertaining co-hosts suffered quite a scare, according to awfulannouncing.com. Lee Corso, a fixture on ESPN's "College GameDay" show with Chris Fowler & Kirk Herbstreit, suffered a mild stroke today. According to a statement from the onetime Indiana & Northern Illinois football coach, Corso suffered no permanent damage in the minor stroke, but was caused by a blockage in the small artery. He's expected to make a full recovery, and still plans on providing entertaining & insightful analysis this fall for a 23rd season "analyzing the greatest sport in the world-college football".

Corso is to NCAA Football what Madden was to NFL Football. Also, Herbstreit is to NCAA Football what Collinsworth is to NFL Football. Since this was a SHARK thread, I thought I would get educational and go with the SAT-style comparisons.
