Steve Berthiaume looking like middle-aged Jason Benetti.

I thought that was "the wonderful Jason Benetti" for a second. They also ranked Benetti in the top 10. I don't know if that's his fans across media stuffing the ballot box, or if the rank and file Tigers fans actually like him.

The Giants booth is about as exciting as watching paint dry, so I disagree with that ranking, but the Dodgers booth is great and Ron Darling is excellent, so I think those rankings are pretty good.

You don't really notice as much in the NBA because nobody really cares about local NBA broadcasts, but in baseball and hockey there are some broadcasting teams where this consensus has emerged around them and no one can question it--Giants and Mets in baseball, Stars and Hurricanes in the NHL. The Mets, I'll give them, because I get why people dig the Keith Hernandez shtick, but I never thought there was anything that special about Kuiper and Krukow except that they did the old MVP Baseball video games. The Daryl Reaugh thing, I especially never got.

If you like bland, Boog Sciambi is your man. He's about as interesting as plain yogurt
