God I was so tired how the media made such a big deal about Mickelson and his wife. The strength it took for him to play. The whole nation is pulling for him. WHAT. Is his wife the first woman ever to get breast cancer? Mmmmmmm........NO.
My wife had breast cancer and poor me I HAD to go to work everyday because unlike Phil I don't have millions. My Mom died because of cancer. Just because he's an athlete ESPN, NBC & WSCR thinks what a great sacrifice he's going through. And how he is he keeping it together when his wife is at home? Tiger last year playing on one leg.
Any guys out here who work in the trades? Bumps and bruises getting up at 4:30 working in the summer when it's 101 degrees and you have a hard hat on. Or like some of your Dads working in the mills and not complaining about it because it brought food to the table.
