I was just wondering how DP gets paid and who he works for??
Is he his own corporation?
With the new DPshowdirect up and running DP has developed a live web stream that you have to pay a monthly fee???

Dan Patrick used to work for a company called Content Factory when he left ESPN about 2 years ago. The company, which used to be the brainchild of former Chicago radio executive Jim DeCastro, recently went belly up and the contracts of both Dan & another ex-ESPN Radio personality Tony Bruno, were recently sold to the folks who own DIRECTV. Dan's radio show, which airs on tape delay on 670 The SCORE overnights but the interviews are available on demand well ahead of time on 670thescore.com, airs on about 200 stations across America right now. It also airs on many sports talkers that currently air FOX Sports Radio programming. The radio show is still where D.P. makes his money, even though he still contributes pieces for Sports Illustrated and hosts "Football Night in America" on NBC Sports during football season if those are any help.

By the way, if you log onto 670thescore.com now in the Podspot section, you can listen to interviews Dan had today with CBS Sports' David Feherty, NFL Network's Rich Eisen and Minnesota Timberwolves' guard Jonny Flynn. Also, Seth Davis of CBS Sports & SI, sits in for Patrick tomorrow.

Krazy, Larz on ChicagolandRadioandMedia.com mentioned quite a bit about Dan Patrick about a month ago. Check it out there.
