For those of you who miss Tim Tebow already...

CBS wants Tim Tebow in the studio on Sunday
Posted by Michael David Smith on January 16, 2012, 3:52 PM EST

Just because the Broncos are out of the playoffs, that doesn’t mean you won’t see Tim Tebow on your television during the AFC Championship Game.

CBS has reached out to Tebow to see if he’ll agree to join their studio for Sunday’s Ravens-Patriots game.

From a TV ratings perspective, that’s a no-brainer: Tebow has been the biggest individual draw in the NFL over the last couple months, and his presence in the studio would get more eyeballs on the CBS pregame show.

Tebow hasn’t decided if he’s going to do it. CBS hopes to know whether Tebow will join the show by the middle of this week.

I would love to hear him breakdown QB play with Dan Marino. Two of the all time greats talking about what it takes to be an elite QB in the NFL.

When they ask him a question, will he preface every answer, "First, I'd like to thank my lord & savior Jesus Christ..."

What the hell is the point of having him on? He will take valuable analysis time away from Shannon Sharpe!

It is critical to have expert analysis on which qb tried harder and listened to coach more during practice this week.

I'm surprised Fox didn't jump on this, but I guess CBS gets dibs on AFC players.

Aside from the circumcision part, how does that make the broadcast better?

It doesn't, but aside from Zombie Jimmy the Greek coming back, nothing short of the boobs on it killing each other on air will make that broadcast better.

Vanilla! Woah, Woah, there, buddy! It's nothing but unflavored non-fat ice milk for that pilgrim.

I'd like to see him soaping up and singing in the shower with JB and Boomer.

He has as many rings as Boomer and Marino combined.

So do I actually

I think he would be great, and then he can talk about how to throw the football into double coverage, and then he'll remember how he won that game that one time with only two completions, and then they can take a tour of the studio, and then they can play with the telestrator, and then they can talk about the benefits of cleats versus turf shoes, and then they can have ice cream, and then they can draw shapes of the states, and then they can use colored pencils to color in the shapes of states they just drew, and then they can have nap time with Dan Marino and James Brown, and then they can wake up to have cookies and milk, and then they can talk about what the chalk on the field is made out of, and then they can draw circles around the players with funny mustaches, and then they will play catch for a bit with a football, and then they'll have to sit down to rest for awhile so they don't get tired, and then they can have the postgame show.

ive read the original post several times, and i don't see it mentioned he is being brought in for "expert" analysis. i am sure they are just gonna ask some softball questions. he has been one of the biggest stories in the nfl this year. why wouldn't they want him on? guaranteed ratings.

ENOUGH ALREADY! CBS Sports' "NFL Today" is a hard enough watch with Bill Cowher struggling to get a word in edgewise sandwiched in between Dan Marino & Shannon Sharpe's big mouth. Now there's talk they want Tim Tebow as a guest analyst before the Ravens/Patriots' AFC Championship?! No thank you!

Without Tebow, who would be the expert on curcumcisions performed on mission trips?
