It's only been on NBC Sports Network since the week of Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans, but there are already changes going on behind the scenes of "The Crossover".

Although the show is currently on hiatus this week, when it returns next week, Michelle Beadle will be there, but Dave Briggs will not. The Big Lead reports that Beadle will host the half hour show solo, while Briggs might be getting a show of his own at NBCSN. Beadle also hinted that the show will be rebranded, complete with a "new set & vibe" as she told a fan via Twitter earlier this week.

According to industry sources, neither Beadle nor Briggs got along from the getgo & that Beadle wouldn't answer any questions about her now former co-host. Briggs joined the show earlier this year after working as one of the weekend co-hosts Saturday & Sunday mornings on FOX News Channel's "FOX & Friends".

It's unclear what the new format for the daily sports talk/pop culture show will look like, but The Big Lead added that a rotating cast of panelists such as Sports Illustrated/NBC Sports Radio's Chris Mannix & MSNBC "Morning Joe" contributor Willie Geist are expected to join Beadle for the new look "Crossover" when it returns to NBC Sports Network next week.

Willie Geist both looks and acts vaguely like a serial killer. Even the name "Willie Geist" makes you ask "wasn't that a serial killer?"
