He'll be 30. It's an automatic decline. There have been some to maintain greatness after 30 (Walter Payton, Emit Smith) But those guys are the best ever.

Does anyone not think Cedric Benson can run for 1200 yards this next season(barring injury)?

Adrian Peterson will be able to come in and get 20 or 30 yards a game if he gets 5-10 carries.

It won't make that much of a difference and hopefully we'll be able to get an immediate impact with the higher pick.

Historically speaking, you may be right, but Jones has just come off the best two season of his career. I think he'll continue to play well provided that he isn't forced to carry the ball 20-25 times every game. I think if they stick to 18-20 carries, that will make a difference in keeping him fresh in NY.
