What is a "bigs"?

Dez said people were having verbal confrontations everyday, and neither of these boobs asked who was having verbal confrontations? What the FUCK.

No one has addressed that the house cleaning needs to go upwards as well. Phillips should be gone. If not, I assume we will get another clusterfuck of an executive search resulting in a hire that is too late to make a positive impact on this year's draft.

Give me someone rising through one of the good organizations in this league like the Steelers or Patriots. Someone who has learned organizational skills, drafting, etc. from respected professionals.

Get ready to bend over. Phillips sounds as if he's being led around by Sweaty Teddy......ugh.

1. Nice. Angelo not bringing in the rest of the team to build around Cutler has been a smoking gun. D's getting older, the backup QB wasn't properly evaluated.
2. Punt Lovie if you want. The point is, something makes coaches one-dimensional, inflexible, unable to work with the talent they have. Are they all shitheads when hired, or is there something at the institutional level?
3. Because remember same thing can be said of Jauron and his coordinators & coaches. I forget Wannie's crimes.

If the GM is not bringing his own coaching staff in..I don't want him.Cutlers 3rd OC in 4 years ,don't like that either! I really think there are to many holes in this team to be competetive in this division in the next 5 years :D

+1 on your GM comment. I think they will have Tice be the OC. Same playbook, with the emphasis on the short passing game.

Unless Rodgers arm falls off, its going to be hard for them to finish above Green Bay the next 5 years no matter who they bring in.

i would have liked to have martz/lovie/angelo get fired at the same time...i do not like lovie having to hire another oc as a scapegoat..clean house all the way, not half ass it and clean the bathroom

even worse, this was the same situation under which Angelo was hired. The Bears got stuck with Juron for an extra contract because Angelo was forced to keep him through an ultimately successful lame duck year. This organization simply doesn't learn from past mistakes.

I promise you we are going to see Sweaty Teddy employ a search firm once again on a long term seach for a GM. This, of course, begs the question of why Phillips has any decision making responsibility on football decisions if he cannot find his own GM.

Really? Come on guys, not every GM hits on every draft pick. I'm sure Polian's picks are better than Angelo's picks.

Yeah, by reputation I thought Polian was a lot better.

But after hearing him called Bizzaro Angelo, I looked into it and it's pretty accurate.

Look at his draft picks

Look at this year's team without Manning

Angelo is about in the middle of the pack. Most drafts, teams are lucky to get 2 starters, 3 if it's a great draft. To listen to some of these experts on the radio speak, they have no idea of the success rates of draft picks across the league.

probably right...jauron got a horseshoe up his ass season like love last year..neither deserved extensions and only delayed the inevitable... i love how injuries are the excuse for lovie, ironic that injuries saved his job last season.

I think Angelo was hired late, so he had to stick with ..this isn't my show
