To listen to Boers and Bernstein and just about every other Bears "expert" on the Score, you would think the Bears are a lock for 10-6 or better. Yet Vegas has the over/under for wins at 8.5, and that's with the traditional bias of Bears fans betting heavily with their hearts. I wonder if the oddsmakers are factoring in an inevitable Cutler injury.

If the Bears actually go 8-8, which should be a colossal failure based on apparent expectations, what will the excuse be this time?

I lean to the over, but the odds aren't 50/50 I believe -- it's like a -135 or something for the over. Not a fan of the bet to be honest.

At cosmo it was -125 I dropped $150 on it, I knew it will go up. Lived that story 2 years ago. when i could have got -120 and by Sunday it was -135

HOWEVER, Jay is now 23-1 for MVP and the bears are 31-1 to win the The Super Bowl. I did think they had a 20-1 out there at one time.
